Our 30-Day Money-Back Promise

We stand behind every tub of dearfluff. If you're not completely happy within 30 days of delivery, contact us for a full refund, even if the tub has been opened and tried. No stress, no fine print.

How to Request a Refund or Return

Just email us at hello@dearfluff.com with your order number and a quick note on what went wrong. Our friendly team will reply within 24 to 48 hours with next steps. In most cases you won't need to send anything back. If we do need the item returned, we'll let you know and cover the return shipping.

Refunds

Once your refund is approved, it's issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it can take a few extra days to appear on your statement. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, please email us a photo at hello@dearfluff.com within 14 days of delivery. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. You won't need to return the item.

Exchanges

Ordered the wrong product (for example, dog instead of cat)? No problem. Just reach out within 30 days and we'll help you swap it.

Order Cancellations

Need to cancel? Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and we'll confirm the cancellation. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we're unable to cancel it, but you're always covered by our 30-Day Money-Back Promise.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or card provider, as processing times vary. If you've done that and still haven't received it, email us at hello@dearfluff.com and we'll sort it out right away.
