Order Processing

Our team works hard to process all orders within 24–48 hours (Monday to Friday) of purchase. Please be aware this may take a little longer during holidays and peak seasons.

Delivery Timeframes

You can usually expect your order to arrive within 3–12 business days (Monday to Friday) after the processing time, not including any delays within the courier network.

Delivery Delays

If your delivery experiences a delay, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, these delays often happen after your order leaves our warehouse and enters the courier network.

Cancel Order

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of placing your order and we'll promptly confirm the cancellation.

Please note that if more than 24 hours have passed and the parcel has already been shipped, we're unable to process the cancellation.

Wrong Address

Please note that dearfluff does not take responsibility for orders that are undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. It's essential to ensure the accuracy of your shipping information to allow successful delivery.
